Registration Guidelines
Please register for the Meeting, accommodation and social events here.

Registration Fees
The registration fee for delegates includes:

If your payment is not received before 30 April, 2008, the late fee will automatically be charged.

Alterations
Alterations to your registration must be made in writing and sent to Congrex by fax, post or e-mail.

Change of Name
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of SEK 100 will then be charged.

Letter of Invitation
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorisation to attend the Meeting should contact Congrex at iwp@congrex.com. The invitation does not financially obligate the Meeting in any way. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the delegate.

Social Programme

Welcome reception
The Welcome reception will be held at the Sätra Brunn Conference Center on 15 June at 19.00 with the official opening of the Meeting. Please note that the Welcome reception is included in the registration fee.

Banquet at Sala Silvermine on June 18
The banquet will take place at Sala Silvermine. You will be guided through the mine and enjoy a banquet under-ground with a spectacular entertainment. The banquet is held on 18 June at 18.00.

Please note: The banquet is open to all participants, only if marked on the registration form. Price per person: 500 SEK including transportation to and from Sätra Brunn, a guided tour and a two-course dinner. Please note that we recommend shoes for walking and a warm jacket for the guided tour in the mine. The banquet hall has a normal room temperature.

Payment and cancellation terms

Please indicate your name and the payment reference number 0833 on all money transfers.

The Meeting secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or invoice number is not mentioned, nor will the Meeting secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.

Payment should be made in advance by one of the following methods:
As from 3 weeks before the meeting we only accept credit card as payment.

Registrations, hotel reservations and events will be confirmed when Congrex has received payment.

Admission to the Meeting is granted only if Congrex has received the registration fee. Delegates, who have made late payments, should bring a proof of payment to the Meeting. Failure to produce this on request gives Congrex the right to charge the amount to your credit card.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 7 May 2008 up to which date the total amount will be refunded less 300 for cancellation fee. For cancellations made after 7 May 2008 we regret that no refunds can be made.

Cancellation of Hotel Reservation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of any hotel reservation will be accepted until 7 May 2008 up to which date the payment will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 300 SEK. We regret that the hotel payment cannot be refunded after 7 May 2008.

Cancellation of Social Events
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of social events will be accepted until 7 May up to which date the total amount will be refunded. For cancellations received after 7 May 2008 we regret that the payment cannot be refunded.
