Instructions
Posters. The poster boards can easily accommodate A0 size posters (90x130 cm). The posters should be mounted at the beginning of the conference and will be displayed during the whole time.
Oral presentations. The conference hall is equipped for computer presentation with a PC and a beamer. To speed up the sequence of talks we invite the speakers to load their presentation on the main computer of the conference hall before the session starts. If you have any special needs for presentations different from the usual formats (.ppt and .pdf) please contact the organizers well in advance.
